Jagger placed on of her hands in his and ran his thumb over her knuckles.
" We can start by you coming back into the lake house with me and the girls. " He said. It was a long shot but he wanted her back more then anything. " And maybe getting married for real, the right way. " That was his version of a wedding proposal. He was not romantic. The first time around, he had left a note for her on her book she liked to write songs in.

Juno listened to him and nodded. She knew that she did not have a manager to keeper her from marrying the man that she loved and staying with her kids. She looked up at him with a smile on her face and nodded her head. She leaned up and kissed his ear. "Yes, my love." she told him in a whisper. She really did not know how the kids was going to take her back or not but that bridge would be crossed when they got there.

Jagger maneuvered her on to his lap and lead her. He was damned to let her go once, but not this time. Did he love her? No doubt in his mind he did. Aside from being his children's mother, she was the one who had broken that ice ring on his heart. The only woman to do that.
" I love you Juno. " He said. He ran his hand up her back, rubbing the dip gently.

Juno listened to him and nodded her head. "What about the kids? They may not accept me back into the house." she said to him as she leaned back to look at him in his eyes. She did not want to put too much pressure on the kids as they were getting ready to go back to school.

" Are you kidding me Juno? " He asked looking down at her. " They want you back. Can't speck for Tori, she's hard to read lately, but Mackenzie and Kylie want you home. " Jagger said brushing hair out of her face. The girls would welcome their mother home with open arms. He couldn't imagine them not wanting Juno home.

Juno looked at him and sighed. "I don't know, Jag." she said with a twinge of fear. "I leaved them so badly. They may never forgive me for that." she told him in a whispered. She just wanted to see her kids again that it just heart her heart that she could not.

" Their your kids. " Jagger said kissing her forehead. " They'll be happy to see you. " He knew he was happy to see her anytime and Kylie would be too. The other two were another story. Victoria still had the wounds from two years ago. That girl could hold a grudge.

Juno nodded her head and just sat there in his lap and laid her head on his chest. She missed this feeling for the last two years. She looked up at him and smiled. "I missed this." she told him.

A low, happy purr came from Jagger's throat. He had missed it too.
" Your preaching to the choir Juno. " He said

Juno smiled as she heard his low growl. She looked up at him with a smirk. She looked into his blue eyes and leaned forward to kiss him on his lips. "let's get out of here and go somewhere private." she suggested.

Jagger's smirk widened.
" Sure. " He said standing up from his chair. " Where to? " He asked.

Juno let her feet down so that she could stand on her legs. "How about my house?" she asked him as she looked down at her feet because she was ashamed of what she did. She looked back at him with a blush on her cheeks. "It is not as big as the Lake House but it is home."

Jagger took her hand and nodded.
" Lead the way. I will follow. " He said. He spotted the blush line on her face and smiled. She had nothing to be ashamed of.

Juno looked at him and nodded her head. She let go of his shirt and left some money for her tea.

After a few minutes she opened the door to her small house that was on her school grounds. "here it is but it is not much." she told him.
